On June 17th, Zhang Shankun, Vice President of Zhejiang CCPIT and Zhejiang International Chamber of Commerce (ZICC), together with representatives of 25 council members of ZICC, came to Hailiang to discuss new opportunities for enterprise intelligent manufacturing transformation. Zhu Zhangquan, Chairman and General Manager of Hailiang, and Sun Hongjun, Vice General Manager, gave a warm reception and then conducted an in-depth exchange.
This delegation firstly visited the phase Ⅰ of the Hailiang Non-ferrous Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park project to get a comprehensive understanding of the production mode of Hailiang. During this visit, the guests of ZICC spoke highly of the intelligent production of Hailiang. As a world-renowned copper processing enterprise, Hailiang has been committed to explore the industrial digitization. The phase Ⅰ project adopts Hailiang’s independent patented R&D technology, and realizes a new model of intelligent manufacturing through technological innovation. The equipment has the characteristics of automation, intelligence and low energy consumption, the technology has the features of cleanliness, short processes and intelligent control, and the products have the advantages of precision and environmental protection, which meet the requirements of the national non-ferrous metal processing industry development strategy.
In the Hailiang Party building hall, the delegation of ZICC learned in detail about the Party’s spirits, excellent inheritance and characteristic culture of Hailiang’s party building.
Afterwards, the two sides had a discussion on the theme of new opportunities for the transformation of enterprises into intelligent manufacturing under the new development pattern. Zhang Shankun briefly introduced the series of work initiatives of the ZICC to serve its member enterprises, and analyzed the current trend of traditional manufacturing industries transforming into new intelligent manufacturing and the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of export-oriented enterprises. He said that this time, the ZICC came to Hailiang, the vice chairman’s company, to conduct inspections and exchanges. He hoped to establish a platform for cooperation and exchange for member enterprises, and to promote the continuous transformation of enterprises to the new “industrial brain + future factory” intelligent manufacturing for better enjoying the dividends brought by digital reform.
On behalf of Hailiang, Zhu Zhangquan first extended a warm welcome to the visit of President Zhang Shankun and his delegation of council members, and introduced the company that it started to operate the copper processing industry in 1989 and has become an international enterprise with 21 production bases in the world after 33 years. Zhu Zhangquan also shared Hailiang’s management methods from various aspects such as “fine management” and “risk control”, which provided “Hailiang experience” for enterprises to explore the new transformation path of “industrial brain + future factory”.
During the interaction, the participating entrepreneurs had a full and enthusiastic exchange, and the atmosphere was very lively as they kept exchanging ideas.
